It's not about one person. Our success depends on the way we approach our business. If there's a problem, it's not one person's problem. It's our problem." Pay Attention To Fleet Usage "If you're not grow- ing, you're dying," says Bob Euler, President of King Limousine & Transportation Service, King of Prussia, Penn. A 30-year veteran of the business, who also serves as vice president of the Philadelphia Regional Limousine Association, Euler says, "No- body grows from fve to 50, or 50 to 100 vehicles overnight. It's a long process and it takes perseverance to grind it out, but you look to the future." Eurler explains that younger operators must pay attention to feet usage. "I'll hear some operator say [he] gets $1,000 on a Saturday night for their new limo business contracts involves a medical company. "We touched base with the company and found out one person spent 10-hour days traveling 150-200 miles to offces around the state, so we came up with a proposal to provide a van that included a couch and WiFi so he could rest and work during the trip. We earned that business because we saw an opportunity and came up with a solution," Perez says. LCT RANKING: NO. 16: KING LIMOUSINE & TRANSPORTATION SERVICE KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. If it's not making X number of dollars over three or four months, I'll get rid of it. Of course, you have to know that maybe the vehicle was in an accident or is being serviced to make a decision."
