Some trips are purely business, and the chauffeur quietly guides the passenger through traffc to the destination. Other times, a client may be in more of a personable mood and start up a conversation. Or, they might have some questions about the area because they are new in town traveling on business. At this point, the customer service reputation of your brand is partly tied to the demeanor of your chauffeur. If a client enjoys some pleasant conversation en route, this will have a positive effect on their overall opinion of your service. And this is especially true if they learn some valuable knowledge or have a question answered matter-of-factly by a chauffeur. American Coach Limousine of Chicago, Ill., has started an interview series, where a chauffeur is picked for a quick ride-along and interview. The angles are basic and the editing simple enough to keep the videos at pace and entertaining. Hackers Breach Client Data At Limo Software Company [11/5/13] I am a merchant services provider, and I would caution against using your own database to maintain payments information, even with the well-publicized hacks. Unless you keep the information on a password protected PC that has no option to connect to the Internet and/or connect storage media to, the same thing can happen to you. If nothing else, using a third party company allows you to divert the perceived blame. We use luxury SUVs and dress casually so we ft in with the tasting rooms. We keep detailed notes in our databases about which wineries and restaurants clients have visited previously so we offer new suggestions next time. We carry so much gear and supplies in the car for every possibility that it is like a traveling living room. But we are going to be with them for a six- or eight-hour day so lots of things can happen.
